Good to know that there is some pressure being exerted through Courts to remove encroachments. In this group also we need to keep the pressure on through legal means, i.e., through Courts to exercise the right of pedestrians, remove encroachments, one-way implementation, as well as for various other civic issues. So what we need is a legal wing in the association with focus on addressing problems through Court cases, filing under RTI, pursuing Court Cases. so it would be good to rope in some practicing lawyers into the group to assist us here
